Most enquiries begin with the customer providing (1) imagery, sketches and support information. We determine the specific requirements and (2) prepare a formal quotation based on our extensive experience- (3) when the order is placed we issue a certified CAD drawing for approval prior to manufacture. Constructed from prime quality mill finish aluminium extrusion with a bolted and riveted construction. Non-slip 5 bar tread plate and deeply serrated treads are paired with large diameter 32mm tube handrails, intermediate rails and kick plates where required. Tilt and roll wheels or braked swivel castors can be added for mobile applications.
Portable or fixed designs are available, including companionway ladders. Deeply serrated flat treads and large diameter 32mm tube handrails create a secure climbing position while keeping the structure simple, durable and easy to use.
Round serrated rungs are orbitally riveted into oval hollow section stiles for a robust industrial ladder construction. Portable or fixed variants can be produced to suit plant rooms, structures, pits, towers and other specialist access projects.
