Class 1 Builder's Steps

Industrial strength Class 1 Swingback steps with a 175 kg maximum load, designed and manufactured in the UK by Chase Ladders. Strong, safe and easy to transport and use. Complies with and Exceeds BSEN-131 load rating of 150KG. New & Improved design includes tool storage area and heavy gauge hinge plates. The ladders feature 80mm deep treads with a deeply ribbed non-slip surface. Each tread is double riveted for extra rigidity. Front and rear stays on the bottom tread increase the robustness of the ladder and locking side trays allow for positive over centre locking in the open position. The ladders come with non-slip rubber feet fitted on the front and rear legs. Handrails can be fitted as an optional extra to either the left, right or both sides of the ladder, please indicate this at time of order.
