Warranty & Guarantee

All items sold by Chase Ladders include a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

If you experience an issue within the first year of use, please contact us by phone or email and we will guide you through the next steps.

Warranty Process

  • In the unlikely event of product failure within the warranty period, the item may be returned to us for assessment
  • Items are normally sent to us by the customer (carriage cost initially paid by customer)
  • We inspect the item and determine whether the fault is due to manufacturing or another cause
  • If confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will arrange repair or replacement
  • If carrier collection fees were charged for return, these will be refunded where a manufacturing fault is confirmed

Please note: warranty cover excludes misuse.
