Bespoke Design Process

The client required a reliable solution for routine train carriage maintenance, with side protection as a core part of the brief. We developed a folding side-guard system to meet operational and safety requirements.

Detailed CAD drawings were produced for review and approval before manufacturing, ensuring the final build fully matched the customer’s requirements.
