How Do I Return My Order?

Please contact us before returning any item.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days
  • Items must be in adequate condition and suitably packaged for transit
  • Please include the original dispatch note inside the return package
  • Please quote your order number when contacting us and on the returned item

When Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Returns are processed within 3 working days of arrival at our warehouse
  • Refunds are usually issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods
  • The maximum timeframe is 30 days from your initial return request

Please note:

  • You are responsible for return carriage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error
  • If your original order included a discount, your refund may be adjusted based on revised order value and discount level

About Your Statutory Rights

Returning goods to Chase Manufacturing Ltd does not affect your statutory rights.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within seven working days from the day after delivery. For further guidance, please refer to the OFT document: Your rights when buying at a distance.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by phone or email. Please include your name, address, and order number.

If your order has not yet been delivered, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop dispatch, but as orders are often processed immediately, this is not always possible.

If your order has already been delivered and you wish to cancel, please contact us by phone or email to notify us and arrange return.

In all cancellation cases, please provide your order number and order date. Returned goods should be received at our warehouse within 10 working days of cancellation notification.

Important cancellation notes:

  • Return carriage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error
  • We cannot cancel made-to-requirement items once manufacture has started
  • If a bespoke product has reached technical drawing stage, a cancellation charge may apply

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Our returns policy does not cover bespoke or made-to-order goods. These items are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Recommendation

For your protection, we recommend using a Recorded Delivery service. We cannot issue refunds for goods that do not reach us.
